Hi,
I got similar problem with Notes 7/Sametime on Vista.
Try to modify the Advanced Properties of the Lotus Notes shortcut on the Windows' desktop : force the compatibility mode to 'Windows NT4'.
Worked for me.
IBM is developping a hot fix for the case Notes 7.0.3 FR / Vista...
